Oregon Coast

The Oregon Coast
We had a beautiful drive along the Oregon Coast. Stopped at a few beaches and saw the Roosevelt Elk Herd in several locations. I had a chance to play with some long exposures as well. Great weather  made for a perfect weekend.

Long Exposures

Long Exposures
I am really enjoying playing around with long exposures. It just creates a totally different mood in a picture.

Lodi Community Art Center Spring Show

2014 Mondavi Winery Spring Show
I entered these 3 pictures into the upcoming spring show, which is the largest juried show in Northern California. I am happy to say that the picture on top and the bottom both made it into the show this year. So wish me luck, I will let you know how judging turns out.

Aptos, California

Aptos, Calif.
I was able to get away this weekend to the coast only to have it rain the whole time we were there. But I managed with some help from my friends and a BIG umbrella to get a few good shots that I feel were keepers. Here they are. Thanks for looking.

Night Photography

Night Photography
Night photography as always been a challenge and interesting to me. Here are a few shots of long exposures at night.  I have always loved lights and lighting so I think that might be my attraction to this type of photography.
